New QuikTrip Gas Station Construction Planned at Trinity Boulevard Site in Fort Worth
A new QuikTrip location is planned for east Fort Worth as the convenience store chain prepares to redevelop a property at 14100 Trinity Blvd. According to state filings, the new QuikTrip will consist of a 6,445-square-foot convenience store and fueling facility, adding another location to the company's growing North Texas footprint.
The QuikTrip construction project is expected to begin in January 2027 and reach completion by September 2027. The site has already undergone significant preparation work. City permit records show that Garrett Demolition of Burleson completed demolition activities at the property in late February 2026. The former building on the site previously housed a Jack in the Box restaurant.
State filings identify Daniel Filuk of KDF Architectural Group, based in Phoenix, Arizona, as the architect for the project. The planned gas station construction will transform the existing restaurant property into a modern convenience store and fueling destination serving residents, commuters, and travelers along the Trinity Boulevard corridor.
The new QuikTrip represents continued commercial growth in the area and adds to ongoing gas station construction activity occurring throughout Fort Worth as the city continues to expand.
