Eastern Hills Elementary School, located at 2112 Canton Drive in Fort Worth, Texas, is moving forward with plans for a complete replacement. The project is currently in the late design phase and will deliver a two-story, 92,000-square-foot campus with capacity for 750 students. The new facility will provide updated instructional spaces, modern classrooms, and dedicated areas for the arts, dining, and physical education, reflecting commitment from Fort Worth ISD in advancing student learning environments.
$47M Project to Break Ground in Early 2026
Construction on the new Eastern Hills Elementary is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with completion targeted for the fourth quarter of 2027. With an estimated cost of $47 million, the investment underscores the district’s efforts to modernize its schools and create spaces tailored for today’s educational needs.
Procedeo, BRW Architects, and SEDALCO Lead the Team
The Fort Worth ISD has enlisted an experienced team to bring the project to life. Procedeo is serving as the district’s representative, while BRW Architects of Dallas is leading the design process. General contracting responsibilities will be handled by SEDALCO Construction Services in partnership with Post L Group, ensuring a collaborative approach to delivering the new campus.
