Fort Worth’s retail landscape is getting a value-driven refresh as Ollie’s Bargain Outlet prepares to open a new location at Eastchase Market, replacing the former Big Lots store.
The upcoming Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Fort Worth will occupy a 30,000-square-foot space at 8400 East Freeway, bringing the national discount chain’s signature “Good Stuff Cheap” philosophy to the east side of the city.
Ollie’s Fort Worth Project Plans at Eastchase Market
According to state filings submitted in November 2025, the Ollie’s Eastchase Market project is scheduled to begin tenant improvement construction in mid-November 2025, with completion targeted for May 2026. The estimated cost of the tenant finish-out construction is approximately $270,000, covering upgrades to the existing retail shell and interior build-out.
The design firm listed for this project is Cadlib Design Build of Arlington, Texas, while property ownership for Eastchase Market is managed by Lexington Realty International of New Jersey.
