With an investment of approximately $2 million, the project is expected to break ground in December 2025, with completion anticipated by July 2026.

North City Development in Fort Worth Continues to Grow

The North City development in Fort Worth spans roughly 100 acres and boasts over 1 million square feet of retail, restaurant, entertainment, and specialty grocery space. Already home to anchor tenants like Andretti Karting & Games and Living Spaces, the center features popular eateries including Velvet Taco, Paris Baguette, and Kura Revolving Sushi Bar.

In the coming months and years, North City is set to expand its appeal with new arrivals such as a planned grocery store and a 34,000-square-foot North City Pickleball facility.
