Manna Heaven Korean BBQ to Replace Dublin Square in North Fort Worth
Dublin Square, a longtime staple at 6651 Fossil Bluff Drive, closed in late March 2025 after nearly 19 years of business. After memorable decades serving the Fossil Creek community just off I-35, owners Mike and Sheri Hudgins-Muller made the decision to close Dublin Square, leaving a legacy cherished by many loyal patrons.
Manna Heaven’s Renovation and Launch Plan
San Diego-based Manna Heaven Korean BBQ will take over the former Dublin Square space and begin renovation this November 2025. The plans call for removal of portions of the existing patio concrete floor and canopy, integrating that space into the existing ~5,000 square feet of restaurant area. Interiors will be refreshed with new flooring and ceiling finishes. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the renovation is estimated to cost around $800,000, and the grand opening is expected by April 2026.
About Manna Heaven Korean BBQ
Founded by Sean and Jun Yeo, Manna Heaven Korean BBQ opened its flagship location in San Diego on Convoy Street in February 2010. Since then, the family-owned chain expanded throughout Southern California with locations in Mira Mesa, San Marcos, Chula Vista, and National City. The brand also has a growing Texas presence with locations in Carrollton and Lewisville, plus four in Arizona, serving traditional Korean barbecue with modern ambiance and fresh ingredients.
What’s Next for the Space
With permitting now underway with the City of Fort Worth, the project will move forward with demolition of certain patio and canopy elements, followed by interior updates. The goal is to preserve much of the structure’s footprint while enhancing the customer experience and aesthetic. Construction is slated to begin in November 2025, leading to what the developers hope will be a vibrant opening in April 2026.
