HTeaO Plans White Settlement Tea Beverage Retail Place with Drive-Thru
A new chapter in White Settlement’s retail growth is on the horizon as HTeaO prepares to open a 1,970 sq ft tea beverage retail place complete with a drive-thru. The project will take shape on 0.74 acres at 100 Expedition Drive and carries a construction value of $1.3 million.
According to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, work is scheduled to begin in April 2026 and is anticipated to wrap up by October 2026, bringing a fresh destination for tea lovers to the community.
