Dealers Auction Xchange to Build $15M, 15.6-Acre Automobile Auction Facility in Fort Worth
According to a commercial grading permit filing with the City of Fort Worth, Dealers Auction Xchange of Rockwall plans to develop a 15.6-acre private automobile auction facility near the intersection of Slocum Ave & Reagan Dr in Fort Worth (76116). The program includes a 29,072-square-foot auction building designed for customer and business activities, along with a separate maintenance building dedicated for employee use.
The project is slated to break ground in October 2025 with completion expected by October 2026. Estimated costs for the facility total $15 million, reflecting both site improvements and new vertical construction.
The Dallas-based Parscale Group is serving as the project’s lead design firm. Civil engineering work is being handled by Pape-Dawson Engineers, with Edgar Molina submitting the project permit to the City of Fort Worth. Molina, a project manager with extensive municipal project experience, is overseeing the technical compliance of the site plan.
Once complete, the facility will bring a new automotive-focused use to the area, supporting both dealership clients and wholesale buyers. The inclusion of customer-facing spaces alongside employee service facilities signals a modernized approach to the automobile auction industry in Fort Worth.
