DLC Management Acquires Grapevine Crossing Shopping Center from Kite Realty Group
A notable retail property in Grapevine has changed hands following the sale of Grapevine Crossing, a shopping center located at 1515 W. State Highway 114.
According to Tarrant County deed records filed in early June 2026, Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group sold the Grapevine Crossing shopping center to DLC Management Corporation of Elmsford, New York. The final transaction price was not disclosed. However, Tarrant Appraisal District records indicate the shopping center carries an appraised value of approximately $18.2 million.
The Grapevine Crossing property consists of five retail buildings totaling approximately 128,639 square feet on 11.9 acres. The shopping center is anchored by Best Buy and Academy Sports + Outdoors and serves customers from Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, and surrounding communities. Its location along State Highway 114 places the property near several major transportation corridors and DFW International Airport.
The acquisition adds another North Texas retail asset to DLC Management's growing portfolio of shopping center properties across the United States. The company is one of the nation's largest owner-operators of open-air retail centers and continues to expand through strategic acquisitions in high-growth markets.
The Grapevine Crossing acquisition was part of a larger six-property retail portfolio transaction completed by DLC Management in partnership with a fund managed by DRA Advisors. The portfolio included more than 1.1 million square feet of open-air retail space across Texas, California, North Carolina, Tennessee, and New Jersey, further expanding DLC's footprint in several high-growth markets throughout the United States.
In announcing the acquisition, DLC Founder and CEO Adam Ifshin highlighted the company's confidence in the retail sector, stating that "high-quality, open-air retail assets continue to outperform" due to strong demographics, customer traffic, tenant demand, and limited new supply. DLC specifically identified Grapevine Crossing as a strategically located power center featuring established anchor tenants and access to an affluent consumer base near Southlake, State Highway 121, and DFW International Airport.
With the addition of Grapevine Crossing, DLC now owns and operates nearly 100 open-air shopping centers nationwide totaling more than 24 million square feet. The acquisition reflects the company's continued focus on acquiring dominant shopping center properties positioned within markets demonstrating long-term population and economic growth.
At this time, neither Kite Realty Group nor DLC Management has announced plans for renovations, redevelopment, or significant upgrades at Grapevine Crossing. The shopping center remains a well-established retail destination and continues to benefit from strong visibility, national tenants, and access to one of the most affluent consumer markets in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
