NorthPoint Development to Build $32M Intermodal Logistics Center Building 1 in Fort Worth
Kansas City–based NorthPoint Development is preparing to expand its North Texas footprint with the addition of a major light industrial facility. The new project, Intermodal Logistics Center Building 1, will rise at 1384 Bold Ruler Road in Fort Worth. Plans call for a 700,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up facility with an estimated price tag of $32 million.
Project History
The Intermodal Logistics Center has steadily evolved into one of Fort Worth’s most competitive industrial hubs.
