Luxury Retailer Forty Five Ten Expands to Fort Worth’s West 7th Street
The city of Fort Worth is preparing to welcome a new name in luxury fashion. Forty Five Ten, known for its curated designer collections and gallery-inspired stores, is set to open at 3220 West 7th Street in Museum Place. The highly anticipated opening, scheduled for late 2025, positions the retailer as a new anchor in the city’s Cultural District, where art, dining, and shopping converge.
A West 7th Street Luxury Destination
The arrival of Forty Five Ten in Fort Worth further cements West 7th Street as a hub for high-end experiences. Surrounded by world-class museums and vibrant retail spaces, the store’s location in Museum Place makes it a natural fit for Fort Worth’s growing reputation as a destination for culture and sophistication. With its emphasis on design-driven spaces, Forty Five Ten in Fort Worth will stand alongside some of the district’s most notable attractions, offering a fresh layer of prestige to the area.
Curated Luxury Fashion and Lifestyle
Inside, visitors can expect nearly 4,000 square feet of retail space devoted to women’s apparel, fine jewelry, accessories, and home design. True to the brand’s ethos, the store will spotlight internationally renowned designers such as Celine, Jil Sander, Khaite, and Saint Laurent. Several labels will be available exclusively at the Fort Worth location, offering shoppers access to styles they cannot find anywhere else in the city. The emphasis on curation ensures that Forty Five Ten maintains its reputation as a trendsetting luxury retailer in Fort Worth.
Cafe Mirador: A Culinary Experience
Beyond fashion, the new store introduces Cafe Mirador, an in-store dining concept that blends culinary artistry with a touch of glamour. The cafe will occupy 845 square feet of the space and offer champagne, tasting bites, and elevated lunch options. According to early reports, Cafe Mirador is designed to create a seamless shopping and dining experience, giving visitors a refined spot to pause and indulge within the store’s gallery-like environment.
Design and Vision
The store’s interior will mirror Forty Five Ten’s reputation for artistic presentation. Concrete floors, crisp white walls, and custom millwork will create a backdrop that resembles a contemporary art gallery. This design approach not only highlights the clothing and jewelry but also reflects Fort Worth’s artistic spirit, making the new West 7th Street luxury retailer a visual experience as much as a shopping one.
The Team Behind the Project
The $1.89 million project was designed by Ibanez Shaw Architects, a Fort Worth-based firm known for contemporary architecture that integrates clean lines with functional design. Their portfolio includes collaborations with the Fort Worth Camera studios, mixed-use development on Eighth Avenue, and other projects that have reshaped the city’s Cultural District.
Construction is being handled by Cooper Jensen Contractors, also headquartered in Fort Worth. The firm has built a reputation for managing high-end commercial and retail projects, with recent work including boutique buildouts, the Westbend retail redevelopment, and Roy Pope Grocery store. Their ability to deliver on detail-oriented projects makes them well-suited for Forty Five Ten’s latest expansion.
Opening Timeline
Construction began in December 2024, with final details now being completed. On September 25, 2025, applications for signage permits for both Forty Five Ten and Cafe Mirador were submitted to the City of Fort Worth. Barring any delays, the store is expected to open its doors in late October or early November — just in time for the holiday shopping season. When it does, Forty Five Ten in Fort Worth will bring a new level of luxury to West 7th Street and mark a milestone in the city’s evolving retail landscape.
