Benbrook Plaza to Welcome Shoe Dept. Store in Early 2026

A new 1,104-square-foot Shoe Dept. tenant finish-out is planned at the Benbrook Plaza shopping center, located at 9457 Benbrook Blvd. in Benbrook, Texas. The project is scheduled to begin construction in October 2025 with completion expected by February 2026. The construction value is listed at $250,000.

Design and Ownership Team

The design for the Shoe Dept. space is being led by Thomas Pirtle, a Kennedale-based designer known for commercial retail work. The overall property, Benbrook Plaza, is owned by the Haydn Cutler Company, a Fort Worth–based real estate group with a long history of managing neighborhood shopping centers across North Texas.
