Ashton Gray is moving forward with plans for a new 15,600-square-foot medical-retail medtail building on a 1.9-acre vacant land site at 9600 Blue Mound Road, within the Presidium Revelstoke apartment community. The project carries an estimated construction cost of $3.5 million.

The proposed medtail facility will bring a mix of healthcare and retail tenants to the growing Blue Mound corridor. According to a late August 2025 permit submittal from Kimley-Horn to the City of Fort Worth, drainage area maps and calculations are currently under review for the site.
Hunter Harrison, development director in the Dallas office of Ashton Gray, is listed as the project contact. Property ownership is recorded with the Hanover Property Company of Dallas, according to Tarrant County Appraisal District filings.
